How does issue tracker work?
Depending on an organization's security practices and assets, the volume of identified vulnerabilities may be significant. Keeping track of and addressing these issues manually can be an arduous task. To address this challenge, NVADR offers an Issue Tracker module that performs various functions.
Functions:
- The users can send any instance from the security risks module to the issue tracker.
- By default, instances with critical and high severity are sent to the issue tracker. This feature can also be customized under notification settings (Issue Tracker in Notification Preferences under the Settings tab)
- It is possible to assign an issue to a specific user within the organization for resolution, and to monitor its progress by tracking its status.
- It is possible to establish or modify the status and priority of a listed issue.
